Shipping policy

At Health Foods International, we strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.


1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at support@healthfoodsintl.com.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

We aim to process all orders promptly after payment has been successfully received.


3. Singapore Delivery

We provide same-day delivery for orders delivered within mainland Singapore using our own in-house delivery team.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be scheduled for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

  • Delivery times are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and operational requirements.

While we make every effort to meet our delivery schedule, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Singapore Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for Singapore orders with a minimum purchase of S$50.

  • Orders below S$50 are subject to a S$10 delivery fee.

  • Deliveries to Jurong Island, Tuas and Sentosa are subject to a S$15 delivery surcharge, regardless of the order value.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


5. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight and courier rates at the time of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs or other fees imposed by their local authorities.


6. Tracking Your Order

For Singapore deliveries handled by our own delivery team, tracking may not be available. If necessary, our customer service team or delivery personnel may contact you directly regarding your delivery.

For international shipments sent via courier, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.


7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and recipient details are accurate when placing your order.

Health Foods International is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel must be re-delivered due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply.


8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched for delivery, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


10. Delivery Delays

Although we endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Heavy traffic

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected operational delays

  • Customs inspections for international shipments

We appreciate your understanding should any unforeseen delays arise.
