Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or consumed, unless the product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived damaged during delivery.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

  • Your order was lost in transit and could not be successfully delivered.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request supporting information, such as photographs of the product, packaging, and your order confirmation, to help us assess your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.

  • Change of mind purchases.

  • Products purchased incorrectly by the customer.

  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
