Health Foods International (HFI) was established on 5 August 2015 with the objective of bringing together its predecessor companies—Halal Foods International, Essentially Yours, and Yours Naturally—under one unified organisation.

While HFI was formally incorporated in 2015, its roots trace back to 1996 through these established businesses. The company continues to be led by the same experienced management team, supported by a dedicated staff whose expertise and commitment have remained consistent since its early beginnings.
